Placing an order – Order on-line with our shopping cart or send us an e-mail with your order and we’ll get back to you with a quote including shipping (within Canada). We also do special custom orders and bulk quantity orders. Give us a call — let’s talk. Please note our office hours are Monday – Thursday, 9-5, Eastern Standard Time. Calls and emails received during office hours will be returned as soon as possible. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be processed the next office day upon receipt of funds.
Payment may be made by cash (pick -up orders only), cheque, money order, VISA, Mastercard, Email money transfers, wire transfers and Paypal. Wire transfers have a service fee of $15.00 and Fees for Paypal are 3.25% on all orders.
Credit Card Payments over $250.00 are subject to an additional service charge of 3%.
Upon receipt of funds your package will be shipped.
Returned orders are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee.
Returned orders must be unopened, and return shipping must be paid by the customer.
NSF Cheques will result in a $25.00 service charge against the customer’s account.

Please include your phone number on e-mail orders; on occasion our replies bounce and we have no way of contacting you otherwise.
Shipping & Handling Policies:
We ship within Canada only. Some exceptions may be made due to the size of your order – but keep in mind shipping to the US or Internationally can be very expensive on smaller orders so we have a $250.00 minimum on out of Canada orders. As well – you are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees.
We ship by Canada Post to keep the costs of the shipping as low as possible. When you place an order, we’ll calculate the postage and get back to you with your total including shipping. There will be a $2.50 handling charge per order, $5.00 on orders less than $50.00. Upon receipt of a cheque, money order, authorized credit card, online payment, direct deposit, the shipment will be sent. If you have an account with your own courier company – you must make the pickup arrangements.
Please note: Canada Post is fast and accurate 95% of the time – occasionally packages get delayed and very rarely lost – we are not responsible for delays or loses of your shipment via Canada Post – unless you are willing to insure your order. If you are in a big hurry – we suggest you ship Canada Post Express Post, at a greater cost or by courier with your own arrangements. We do not guarantee the timing of your delivery by regular Canada Post shipping.
We are located in Kingston, Ontario. Pick-up orders are available – but must be arranged 3-5 days ahead of time depending on the size of your order. Please note we do not have a storefront or showroom available so orders must be confirmed and paid for before your pick up.
Our Business Policies:
1) Monthly Sale Prices are in effect for the month of the sale only. Orders must be paid for on the last day of the month for sale prices to remain in effect.
2)Price Quotes are good for a 5 business day period only. Any new pricing in effect after 5 business days will be reflected on your invoice.
3) Items and prices on your quote will be held for a week. (5 business days). If your order remains unconfirmed after this time it will automatically be cancelled.
4) We do not accept returns on products – please read your invoice/quote carefully as once you have confirmed it – it cannot be changed.
5) You may order up to 3 samples per order of our essential and fragrance oils. “Sniffer” strips (blotters) are $1.00 each and 1.5ml vials are $2.50 each.
